Website payment terms and
conditions once agreed by Design by Ewa Studio and the
Client are final.
Should you default established payment terms at any
time we reserve the right to suspend your website until
any balances are paid up to date.
It's the Client responsibility to ensure the payments
are kept up to date, website update payments are
to be made within 30 days from the day updates
have been uploaded to the Client's server. Should after
30 days the payment fail, we will contact the Client
with a polite reminder.
Should the Client fail to make the payment , Client's
website will be suspended. Only upon
payment of the total balance will Client's website be
re-instated and an administration charge of £20.00 will
be applied to Client's new balance.
CREATING WEBSITES FOR REPUTABLE BREEDERS I reserve the right to
terminate my service at any time.
I will absolutely not produce web sites for those breeding puppies only to supply the public with no thought to the future of the breed.
I will not create a website for dog dealers, dog agents, puppy
farmers .
With that said, I understand that even with best intentions of building a site for my clients I am incapable of
knowing the future intentions with the website. Therefore, I am not personally reasonable nor do I condone or endorse any specific breeders or the breeder
personal ethics should they be found other than as they portray themselves to me
or via the site created by my Studio.

Don't let someone steal and copy your website !
Copyright piracy is a crime.
Our work is worldwide admired but has been COPIED by
other people claiming to be " professional webmasters
who specialize in canine web design ". We take
appropriate action against these fraudulent companies.
Several times a month we get reports from customers, friends and
visitors about our work being reproduced and sold, this
is theft!
Make sure you're doing your bit to fight the copyright
pirates and copycats by registering your website
for copyright protection as soon as it's finished.
Do as our Studio and take out copyright protection to
stop anyone else from reproducing your website and your
layout claiming it as their own.

Copyright ownership is automatically assigned to Design
by Ewa Studio as creator of a work.
Copyright gives the creator- Design by Ewa Studio, rights to control ways
material created by us can be used. These rights start as soon as the material
is recorded in writing - the website is published.
My Clients are entitled to personal use of purchased our artwork such as
incorporating it into print advertising, business cards, letterheads, etc.
The credit shall be given to Design by Ewa where applicable.
I retain the copyright on each graphic.
I also reserve the right to display your graphics as examples of my work on
this design site.
