My Clients are entitled to personal use of purchased our artwork such as incorporating it into print advertising, business cards, letterheads,etc.
The credit shall be given to Design by Ewa where applicable.
I retain the copyright on each graphic.
This means that you are free to use your graphics , but cannot modify them in any way. To do so you can choose to purchase Option 3 package.
I also reserve the right to display your graphics as examples of my work on this design site.
Your purchased artwork will never be copied on someone else's site.
Distribution of graphics to other parties is prohibited, including usage on other web sites, inclusion in any collection, or sale of artwork.
I require that a link back to Design by Ewa cannot be removed and stays on each site created by me, or on pages where any of my graphics are featured.
To remove my designer link from your web site you can choose to purchase OPTION 3 PACKAGE.

Can I carry out the updates
myself?If you chose option 1, no, I am sorry.
If you would like to carry out the updates yourself you may consider Option 2 packages.
+ What do we mean by maintenance?
Maintenance is basically keeping your web site dynamic and timely with updates and inclusions of new material.
This is extremely important in order to keep visitors coming back to your site. There is nothing worse than a site with outdated information!
When maintaining a site I guarantee that any update you send to me will be done within 48 hours.
My clients simply send a note or e-mail with the new information / pictures they wish posted.
After the Free updates for the first six months the maintenance is at a charge of £5 per page. There is no required pre-paid monthly service fee. You decide what you need, when you need it.
The period of 6 FREE months begins on the date the clients web design site has been published to client's hosting service.
+ How long will it take to have a web site constructed?
This depends of course upon the size and complexity of the site, and the amount of work I am already doing. Once I have all the photos and information to put up, a custom web site usually can be done within 7-9 days.
A more complex site will of course take longer.
+ What if the site is running and I want to change something?
During the first 6 months you can add new pages (large sites), remove pictures or replace them, and make changes in the text without any charge, as often you need and want to. I understand that as time goes by you may change your mind about some part of the layout and therefore the first 6 months changes are free to help you achieve the site you will love.
+ I do not live in the UK, can you make my website for me?
Yes, I will be delighted to, I have done sites for customers from e.g. Sweden, Greece, Poland,Ireland and Malta.
+ What photographs and graphics should I send?
Please send the best quality images you have – if via post these will be returned to you undamaged when your project is completed. If you have your digital photos to send via e-mail, please ensure that the images are scanned at high resolution and saved in jpg.
Graphics, logos etc. should be saved as gif.
+ What is a Domain Name?
A domain name gives you a unique address, e.g. www.yourname.co.uk or www.yourname.com
+ What is Web Hosting?
In order to have a web site you must have somewhere to publish it, and for this you need a host to provide web space.
The Internet provider we use does not have annoying pop-up windows to distract your site visitors while surfing and offer a low price for a high quality service. www.yourname.com
